Meet The Team

Oscar, affectionately known as “Dolly” by his colleagues and patients, has over five years of experience in the dental field. With a strong educational foundation that includes some college coursework and a medical assisting certificate from Laney College, Dolly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He thrives in the well-organized, friendly atmosphere of our practice, and values strong team dynamics and the opportunity to work with our wonderful patients.

Dolly is known for his meticulous care for patients and his adept skills as an assistant, consistently demonstrating respect and teamwork. His commitment to patient care is paramount, and he excels at maintaining a peaceful and cooperative environment among the staff. Outside of work, Dolly enjoys hiking, caring for pets and traveling.

Jacqueline became a part of our team in May 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to excellence in patient care. A proud alumna of Bryman Campus in San Jose since 1986, she has developed a strong foundation in dental assistance. Jacqueline is known for her positive attitude and down-to-earth nature, greatly appreciating the camaraderie and professionalism of both the team and doctors at our practice.

Despite a challenging three-hour commute one way from Riverbank, Jacqueline’s dedication never wavers. She gives 100% to every task, with a clear focus on prioritizing patient care and striving for top-notch service that earns great reviews. Her belief in the importance of team unity and shared goals helps to enhance our practice’s performance and patient satisfaction, making her an invaluable member of our dental family.

Corinne has been with our team since January 2022, bringing a unique blend of back-office experience to her role. Her previous experience equips her to adeptly explain dental procedures to patients, helping them understand their treatments clearly. Corinne excels in creating payment plans that are manageable for patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and not overwhelmed by financial concerns. She takes great pride in the ease that our team brings to the patient experience.

Believing firmly in the power of workplace harmony, Corinne views effective communication and teamwork as the keys to a successful practice. She recognizes that while personality clashes can occur, discussing issues openly and working collaboratively can resolve conflicts and strengthen the team. Her dedication to fostering a positive and supportive office environment significantly enhances our practice’s operations and patient satisfaction.

Betty joined our team in 2022, bringing her educational background from the University of California, Santa Cruz to her role. She is highly valued for her commitment to teamwork, always striving to collaborate effectively with her colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

In her role, Betty focuses on ensuring the timely processing of insurance claims by diligently following up with insurance companies. She also excels in patient engagement, making it a priority to follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met, thus enhancing the overall efficiency and service quality of her team.
